4. Tap the points: Using your fingertips, gently tap on a sequence of acupressure points on your face and upper body, such as the eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, and under the arm.


5. Repeat the affirmation: As you tap, repeat the affirmation you created in step 3.


6. Reassess the intensity: After tapping, notice how the intensity of the issue has changed. Repeat the process until the intensity has decreased to a more manageable level.
