About Gretchen
After years of helping people grow their businesses and make money, I knew there had to be a bigger purpose for my life than just helping people make more money. I needed to find—a deeper purpose of existence and an ability to tap into a more profound feeling of aliveness.

As a multi-dimensional entrepreneur and passionate advocate for personal growth and empowerment, my journey to becoming a trauma-informed relationship coach was born out of a deep desire to help others reclaim their connection to self and cultivate fulfilling intimate relationships. My path began with a personal life crisis. An experience that forced me to pull back the curtains of self-awareness and explore my own sexuality, revealing how vital it was for me to discover and heal the build and intimate connection between my mind and body.

Through my own experiences, I recognized that many people struggle with trauma, guilt, shame, fear, and a lack of understanding about their bodies. I wanted to change that narrative. I immersed myself in the study of somatic practices, learning how to integrate physical sensations with emotional awareness. This knowledge not only transformed my relationship with myself and how I viewed sexuality but also ignited a calling to share these insights with others.

Becoming a trauma-informed coach has allowed me to create a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their sexuality without judgment. I am committed to guiding others through the process of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate understanding of the complex interplay between body, mind, and spirit.
